High metal prices coupled with a shortage of skilled labour in certain countries have led to a boom in mechanized low seam mining. Atlas Copco was quick to adapt its underground vehicle range to meet the needs of companies engaged in low seam mining, a move reinforced by the launch of two new low profile models.
