Contractors Skanska and NCC are successfully excavating tunnels at Norwegian west coast.

Kleppe, a small town located 60 km southeast of Stavanger in western Norway, will shortly benefit from a new by-pass that will alleviate the town’s current traffic congestion. Linking Kleppe to Stavanger, the RV44 road brings around 18,000 cars through the town every day.
